Lot leasing
There are a limited number of lots available for rent at Elinor Lake Resort. Park your RV at the lake all summer. When the lease is done, simply leave the property as it was when you arrived.
The rental season is May 1 to April 30 of the following year. Lots leased mid-season are prorated to end on April 30th. On May 1st, you will be billed again for the following season.
Note, the leased lots are not serviced (no utilities).

Most frequent asked questions about lot leasing
The cost to lease is $4000 per year for a lakefront lot and $2500 per year for a back lot (plus GST).
No. Leased lots are for recreational vehicles only.
The lease is for one year, starting May 1st and ending April 30th of the following year.
Absolutely. Simply pay for the coming year before your current lease expires.
At the end of the lease, you must leave the property clean and remove all your belongings. That’s it!
